Three factors determine the cost of your memorial:
- Size: The size of your monument is the main factor in its cost to produce. Cost increases with an increase in the weight, thickness, or surface area of granite that needs to be cut, polished, or contoured.
- Color: The color of your monument will also affect the cost. Just like with precious stones, the availability of certain colors of granite affects how much they will cost. Certain colors of granite are also harder than others, requiring more time and cost for cutting, shaping, and polishing
- Finish: The finish of your monument affects the amount of time and materials needed to produce the final product. Special shapes and high polishes will mean more time and cost than a surface left in its natural rock finish.
